“I have recently ordered a mountain bike to pick up in a store at Harlow. I was entirely happy with the service and I am still happy with the mountain bike which serves me well, as I use it for commuting, and the Kemmel mountain bike is perfect for that. Thanks, Otto”

“Express delivery in my bike, and also comes all ready assembled! I thought I had to put it together but I was surprised to receive the huge box already all in, just needed to put straight the handle and that was it. Good service I will recommend.”

“I RECEIVED MY BTWIN CYCLE NO PROBLEM .HOWEVER I DO NOT HAVE THE WARRANTY CARD WITH IT. I SHOULD HAVE FILLED THIS IN WITHIN A CERTAIN PERIOD HAVE I LEFT IT TOO LATE? I ALSO FOUND THE LEAFLET REALLY CONFUSING ESPECIALLY THE SETTING OF GEARS IVE NOW ADJUSTED THEM AND THEY DO NOT CHANGE PROPERLY CAN I TAKE IT TO MY NEAREST DECATHLON STORE TO HAVE THEM RESET?”
