“Love the products but will be avoiding shopping online. I usually buy online to avoid wasting my weekends on shopping. Bought a few things online and found the whole process a bit of a hassle. The online sizing guide isn't accurate and I ended up with very large or very small items. They don't do free returns. I ended up returning in the store as I was in the town where they have a store but the amount I got returned was £30 less than what I paid even though I printed the invoice. Unfortunately I didn't notice the amount returned until the next credit card cycle. I have bought loads of time from the store an I really like it. But just not a fan of buying there online. Overall, I think my recommendation would be to buy at the store if you can.”

“I ordered ski boots which were dispatched and delivered very quickly. They are great quality and loom stylish - just back from my ski holiday and they were the most comfortable ski boots I've ever used and I've had decades so skiing. Will definitely recommend Decathlon.”

“Always excellent service. Only problem I had was that, although the website says you can use Amex, it wouldn't let me. Could have been because I was using my iPad... However, I rang up and the lady couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. I've bought many things from Decathlon, but their riding boots especially are wonderful!”

“I was so pleased with the wonderful service I received from decathlon when I bought my oxelo town 9 scooter which is marvelous.I would recommend decathlon stores and will buy again from them when I buy another scooter or something else..”

“The bicycle i bought did not come with the lock advertised. Decathlon was quick to change the website after i complained, but have completely forgotten about me. I am not willing to chase them to receive good service. After leaving a 1 star rating here, within minutes Decathlon addressed the issue satisfactorily. So 4 stars now, could have been 5 if it hadnt come this far.”

Dear Ms Henstra, Thank you for your feedback, we apologise you were not responded with an update regarding the Elops 740 Dutch Style City Bike, when contacting the UK Market Director for Cycling made us aware that this bike did not come with a AXA defender lock but a which is why you received a AXA Solid Lock. We will be refunding you £30 from the order to enable you to purchase a AXA Defender Lock as we do not supply them.

“Included in my order was a leotard. Once i order it my daughter told her friends a few days later and her mum then went into the shop to order it. They received the leotard but we did not and were told it was out of stock. As my order was put in first I would have expected to get this. Not happy at the time as it was for my girls birthday.”

“Domyos Rhythm 300 Gym Pumps.Having ordered both black and white canvas gym shoes, these are excellent value very comfortable and good for all gym exercises. Order 1 size up from your normal shoe size. Will defiantly be ordering these again.”

“purchased a pair of road running trainers, i know they were cheap but they have no cushioning at all. you might as well go running in ordinary shoes, i will just use them for casual use but would not dare to run in them.”
