“Ordered small-med, med-large arrived. No time to exchange and inconvenient to send back as leaving for a months travel (when I needed the bikini). Decathlon said they would refund the postage I pay to return the incorrect goods, this was not received. Very bad service.”

“My friends had tried Decathlon before and suggested I give them a try. Once I had worked out the sizing system there was no stopping me! There was a slight problem with dispatching but I received an email to inform me of this and they arrived two days later. For value for money they would be difficult to beat and I would recommend them to all my friends.”

“Website told me availability date and when I'd completed the purchase told me a different date that was a week later and too late for the school trip id bought the kit for. Everything then arrived a week after that! Product is good price good quality. Logistics and web let you down badly. The web ordering is very slow and customer journey laborious. Team on the phone friendly but think that is acceptable. They don't know what good looks like. You could be great but you will fail in the digital platform if you don't change quickly. I'll try again in a year but not before.”
