“The ordering process was easy to follow and delivery efficient. However I omitted to return on on the pairs of shoes I ordered to check for the right size within the 30 day trial period. I have tried to find out whether I can return the unwanted pair of shoes (unused and still in their original packaging) but have not been able to find a line of communication which deals with enquiries which do not fit into specific categories. Virtual communication is fine for most purposes but if you have a question which is slightly unusual a system which allows for some variation would help.”

“I bought Vittoria tyres from decathlon on line , the service from decathlon was fine, the 25c tyres are ok but not quite as good as the continentals that I bought them to replace. Yes they are far easier to get on and off the rim but they just don't feel like they grip the road in the same way.”

“Placing an order is easy. Delivery is quick. Only issue is the sizing. For some tops its all over the place. I am generally a size 12 but for some tops I need to order XXS, XS or M, which is the cause for returns and re-deliveries.”

“Ordered battery cells and they were delayed. Had to phone customer services for an update as date passed without notification of delivery and was informed there was a problem and would look into it. The batteries were eventually delivered but I had to order them elsewhere in the meantime”

“If you are not into labels and prefer kit the does the job then this is the place for you. I have bought bikes, trainers and a rowing machine, all do what I need with no complaints but half the price of a label product. Will continue to use them.”

“I am very happy with the service my only fault would be you have 2 sizes UK and us UK xl is 38ish .us xl is 2xl 4 so one pr of trousers no use .cost for return more than that the trousers.”
