“Ordered a pair of Aigle wellys that turned out to be too small so had to send them back to exchange for a bigger pair. Unfortunately, I had to pay the return postage of over £8. Neither pair came boxed, just in plastic post bags. I ordered a similar pair for my wife from another online store. They came in a proper box with a free return slip.”
