“I love decathlon, I think they have great products, with great ideas at very good prices. I do find that the sizing tends to be inconsistent but is usually on the small side. My son has some fantastic size 4 walking boots - he is a size 2, but the size 3 shoes I bought to compensate for them tending to be small are much too big (but he will grow into them). Unfortunately, it is too far for us to visit more than once or twice a year, so I have to keep guessing or not buy. Having said that, we've had some fantastic jersey trousers/athletics jumper sets for all 3 children at an amazing price, and I love my new jogging bottoms, my decathlon trainers have been a great buy and took me through my first half marathon.”

“I recently bought a Tarp, I found it to be reasonably priced, well made & delivered to me rapidly. Over the years,20 more or less, I have enjoyed the experience of visiting Decathlon in France, Spain & on-line in Britain.”

“My bike arrived damaged, which had to be returned, then I was told it was out of stock and due in around 23rd July and so I had to wait for a replacement. I phoned 2 or 3 times after that date and was told the L and XL bikes had arrived and the M was due in soon. On my final phonecall I was told that they didn't know when the bike would be coming in in the M and that I should have been given a refund in the first place. I had now been waiting for a month! I was also told that it wasn't Decathlon's fault and it was the fault of the supplier! The customer services person I spoke to on this occasion didn't seem at all bothered at the inconvenience that I had been caused. I have been extremely disappointed and doubt whether I would ever make an online purchase from Decathlon again, certainly not for an expensive item.”

“Easy to navigate around website when shopping online. Good quality items and affordable prices. Quick home delivery. One criticism is around sizing on clothing, this is hard to judge from sizing type on website-would be useful to have other types of sizes displayed also.”

“I ordered bike online.came to pick it up with reference number.as soon as they have heard my foreign accent they called another guy and I was asked another documents to proove I order that bike and it took very long. I felt very uncomfortable as a thief.”

“great quality good sizing need more room in order to tighten straps. my straps are very loose because I cannot tighten them any more which means I have to sew them to the correct position.”

“The SOLOGNAC clothing quality for the price is fantastic, stock is very low in store but the online ordering and local store collect works great.............unlike the staff, on several occasions and different staff I have left the store thinking how did these people pass an interview and how bad were the candidates that didn't get the job? 4 Stars for the Clothing but disappointment in the cashiers”
