“I asked for notification when an item came into stock. Received no notification but on checking 6 months later found it in stock at Stockport.”

“Very prompt service. Quality of goods were good and cheap. Had a problem with being sent the wrong product. Lovely French woman put it write straightaway. Got the right product next day. No quibbles.”

“After a recommendation from a friend, I purchased a Triban SE. It is a fantastic piece of kit and a pleasure to ride. After a couple of weeks it developed a few issues with the front wheel and Decathlon were instantly on hand to help resolve these matters. After a trip to my LBS and their assessment that the wheel was never going to 100%, Decathlon organised for collection of the original bike and replacement with a new bike, and refund of the costs of the repairs. I've had no further issue with the bike and can only thank Decathlon for their excellent customer service in resolving the situation. Would happily buy from here again.”

“This was the only site that I could find that was able to supply my requirements for swimming trunks. The order arrived in a couple of days from date of order and the supplied item was exactly what I required. Good selection and promt delivery.”

“very quick delivery, the courier even helped me bring it into my home, as it was very heavy. I bought a tent for Glastonbury and survived all the elements wind, mud, rain and sunshine. very good value for money would defiantly recommend to anyone on the hunt for cheap but durable and reliable camping equipment. will defiantly be choosing decathlon over argos/halfords as it is almost a guarantee that their products will hold up and meet all of the (reasonable) requirements you have the short answer is decathlon is great!”

“I'm a new customer to Decathlon, but the large choice of products and the low prices but without quality being compromised means I am very pleased with my experience so far. The rapid delivery and ease of ordering are the icing on the cake! So all in all I am very impressed, and will not hesitate to use Decathlon again in the future.”
