“I'm a new customer to Decathlon, but the large choice of products and the low prices but without quality being compromised means I am very pleased with my experience so far. The rapid delivery and ease of ordering are the icing on the cake! So all in all I am very impressed, and will not hesitate to use Decathlon again in the future.”

“The staff in store certainly DO NOT go out of their way to provide good customer service. I find most of them less than helpful. The website, however, is good with the phone line staff being as helpful as possible. It is a shame that the web stock can't be sourced from stores when items are out of stock.”
