“excellent for everyday use!!”

“The bike I have received is of good quality but the assembly seems to be poor. It's making a lot of weird noise. Being a new bike owner, I'm not much aware of bikes. After a two weeks of usage the rear tyre got punctured as this was of low quality. As I leave too far from decathlon show rooms it's hard for me to get it repaired with them..”

“Very friendly snd helpful staff. Was an unusual collection store. When I went in I wasn't sure where to stand or get a ticket to be served. There was no front desk to stand by to queue. There were no changing facilities (the usual hoop curtain would have been fine) Other than that friendly and quick with no nonsense. Was easy to return one of the items that didn't fit.”

“Great service and directions to the right trainers i was after. everything labelled correctly and in the right place. fast and friendly staff which was impressive due to the number of people waiting at the tills (all with good humour etc). great shopping experience.”

“The fitting for this item was VERY small. I had to exchange the item. Had I ordered this as a mail delivery I would have been displeased. I feel your site should make reference goods when a small fitting. Your shop staff were aware of this fact.”

“The packaging was a bit sparse so when I cut the sellotape I went straight through to the tent. Very unfortunate. Tent is quite heavy but has proved excellent in a downpour. I substituted much bigger corner anchors The ones provided did not appear to be man enough.”

“Bought a BTWIN 520, the friendly store staff assembled and setup the bike for me. I've cycled about 200Km on it since purchase (about 6 weeks ago) and other than the seat height; not one component has needed even adjusting/changing.. everything has ran absolutely smoothly. Would definitely recommend both Decathalon, and specifically the Stockport store to friends. Thanks”
