“Very Poor, Owned the bike for a week before the pedals started becoming loose, me and a friend tightentend the pedal, but it come's loose, apart from the rubbish pedals it has also got a puncture that was caused by a flimsy twig of a bush, went straigt through the nylon tyre and ripped the inner tube. Also this bike is used about once a week to communte on the roads so for a mountain bike this is ridoculus quality. Gary B. (sorry for bad spelling/grammar)”

“great products at great prices, I have bought 3 kids bikes, 1 folding bike, x2 tents, camping equipment, scooters, cycling apparal..........the list goes on - my fav sports retailer as they mix great design at unbeatable prices with slick online systems! keep up the good work!”

“Great quality Quechua shoes sold by decathlon! Will order again. The only letting down thing is that you pay for the delivery in days when most shops offer free delivery. However when you don't have a shop nearby to buy this brand you don't have a choice.”

“Your customer toilets were absolutely disgusting! The smell awful and floor flooded. Your in store computer to order items to be collected in store on another day malfunctioned 5 times!!! And it seemed most of your staff did not know how to use it!!! Not sure I will ever come back!”
