“I am really pleased with my purchase - a scooter for my husband for fathers day. Both of the team members i spoke with were really helpful when I was having difficulties purchasing the item online. Great products and good customer service what more could you ask for.”

“I like Decathlon, they offer the right products, have good outlets, good staff, a great website and good stock levels most of the time. However, if I have one gripe it's that they reduced the price of a tent I purchased at full price by 35% (£200 to £130) after I had written a glowing review for the item on their website (which would have helped them to sell more). C'est la vie!”

“I brought a camouflage hoodie from you store near to lakeside but had a question about the product as to wether they did the matching trouser to match and no one was really any help and was told to look online, after purchasing item and getting it home 100 miles away the site didnt show anything similarand so i had to message someone via facebook who told me that there was a matching pair, so i brought them and they dont even come close to matching, so i now own a jumper and trouser set in totally different camouflage styles... Never again will i shop there agian..... Lesson learnt..... No help what so ever”

“Good, if different choice of goods. Sometimes continental sizing means difficulty in getting something to fit. But overall Decathlon is good value for money. Store staff, when they're around are friendly. Online ordering is easy.”

“After buying a RockRider 500 MTB the brakes were far too loose and the chain ring broke after changing gear. This subsequently caused the front derailleur to dealign itself. Overall very disappointed.”
