“Order a week late. No attempt made to ship item that was available separately from the items that couldn't b found. Out of four orders that have been placed in the past 6 weeks, two have been late, and not just a little bit late.”

“Product OK and good value but having to pay for delivery when it was positioned as free was frustrating, especially as I purchased a fair amount of kit. Decathlon need to sort this out.”

“From order to deliver was very quick and easy. Goods were delivered to work place making it by easy. The Quechua MSH product is excellent however I know find the product is no longer in production I am searching for a connection piece which seems to be a rare commodity. I cannot fault the service and will be using you in the future.”

“We placed an order and received our items on time, the descriptions and the images on site are accurate. My only suggestion would be to add a filter navigation menu on the website as it is very difficult to navigate the result pages and there are no option to set up specific setting without entering a specific area”

“This was my first on line order I was impressed with the collect in store option free of charge something that none of the other competitors offer. The order arrived quickly days before the expected delivery date and I was promptly emailed of its arrival. When I got to the store I was given my item the packaging was secure and the contents intact. I was very impressed with the service and will be using it again thank you.”
