“Absolutly brilliant site to use . My order arrived quick ( within a couple off days ) and was well packaged in fact i was so impressed with the service i sent them a positive email to thank them . Very recommended ????”

“The click and collect service was really easy although purchasing the dive mask online proved to be more difficult. There seemed to be technical issues with the website with it failing to recognize my user account details which therefore blocked the purchase transaction.”

“Easy to order, goods arrived well packaged and promptly. Only slight gripe was the courier - with something like a bike it would be better to use one that gives you at least a rough idea of what time of day they will arrive - so you can try to be in, not really possible to have it delivered to work or to go and pick it up from a depot!”

“Delivery was great. I did however, leave my e mail address ages ago so that I could be advised when the Tribord full face mask was in stock. Nobody got back to me however and it was only by searching again, that I discovered that it was in stock.”

“Bought 10 quickdraws for just under 100 euros. The price is competitive but definitely not cheapest you can find for same product of equal quality. Even Montura alpstation is marginally cheaper. Crazy. I think if you buy two sets of five like I did you should get a small discount. On the quality, nothing to say, I have had some of these for over 5 years and they are fine.”

“Order a week late. No attempt made to ship item that was available separately from the items that couldn't b found. Out of four orders that have been placed in the past 6 weeks, two have been late, and not just a little bit late.”

“Product OK and good value but having to pay for delivery when it was positioned as free was frustrating, especially as I purchased a fair amount of kit. Decathlon need to sort this out.”
