“Not used Decathlon before but I found them to be very efficient. The parcel was delivered very quickly and I was kept up to date with the progress between ordering and delivering. Would use again.”

“Excellent service. Wrong arrows mistakenly ordered with archery set. Upon a phone call to customer services correct ones received, before Decathlon received back the incorrect ones. Chapeau.”

“Price was the best I could find the free Click and collect service was helpful and the shop very efficient when the item arrived. Only thing that would be nice to see improved is the speed of the delivery using the click and collect service it was delivered within the time stated and I'm not complaining far from it great all round service exactly as described and I shall be buying from you again.”

“Excellent website. New bike delivered bang on time. Customer service really good.....10/10. B'twin electric bike is fantastic, except for saddle which is an instrument of torture!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OUCH! please replace them!”

“Staff were helpful to direct me to the product that I needed. The instore online ordering was a little cumbersome, with screens being slow to react. Instructions to build the bike were clear. The biggest issue was that we couldn't select the delivery day, which would have been helpful.”

“Decathlon is one of my favorite stores. i make a point to visit the store whichever city i visit (atleast the one near to the city if not in the city). i had reviewed and considered Decathlon in high regards. My recent visit to Decathlon, Belfast was bad. I reserved a product online (which was a bike) and got the confirmation from the person in the store that i can come and collect the product any time in the week. unfortunately i was turned back when i went to the store.”

“For the price a very nice pair of glasses , even in the brightest sun the photochromic lens are a nice level to see everything through them . great fit and stylish for such a low price. BARGIN”

“Because I ordered with you before you did not give me the option to select my address - when I realised upon payment going through you were not giving me the option to change it to my boyfriends address I tries calling your customer service number to which it kept me on hold then told me there's no one to take my call goodbye and hung up on me”

“Great product especially considering cost. Clear instructions, well designed and easy to use. Was delivered on correct day in perfect condition although a large and heavy parcel. Ordering process was straightforward. Very happy :)”
