“As always requested delivery in store for ease as couriers have a habit of being unreliable. Order was processed and dispatched quickly and email sent to me informing me it was ready for collection. On arrival at store staff very professional and helpful. My order was well packaged and protected thankyou other outlets take note.”

“I made a purchase "in store" via the TV screen. The item was paid for by credit card in store. A few days later I went to collect the item. By then I had decided not to purchase the item so on arrival at the store I said I did not wish to have the item so a member of staff undertook to fund me. I was told the refund would be back on my card in a few days. Over three weeks has elapsed and there is still no refund. Decathlon have been in touch a few times asking for account numbers and sort codes. I have explained all I have is a credit card number which is usually all that is required. They persisted requesting details. I suggested I go to the store for a refund. Again I had to wait for Decathlon to confirm this. Finally they say I can get a refund in store, so I have a 20 mile round trip to make to get a refund which should have automatically taken place over three weeks ago - value £100. I will not be using their in store order system again”

I can see from the communications with my colleague she gave you all the information needed few days ago, in order to refund a payment made in store we need to ask the credit card details as in the online system there are no records. “I would have scored this a 'very good', had I not needed to make three separate orders to secure free delivery. Seven tents in one order would have been £40 delivery. Three separate orders - 2 x two tents and 1 x three tents - free delivery! I understand why (bulk order) but the process was more painful than it needed to be. Customer services provided good support when I contacted them about this.”

“Absolutely amazing product! Great quality and well packaged, fast service and easy to buy online. The tent was super easy to use and super quick as well, I put it up with plenty of time for my beer to still be cold. 10/10!”

“I called into the shop and saw a pair of suede fashion / walking boots unfortunately they wasn't in stock but the assistant helped me out and told me how to get them online it was a easy pleasant experience I will surely go back”

“I dislike buying on line but today it is sadly a reality if one wants to obtain good deals etc. My experience was relatively good. Bike appears sound and functions well. Brake cables worked loose so nearly had a little accident on my second day, which l adjusted, but the cover on the end of the cable is missing.”
