“All your products and prices are good but I am very disappointed with the returns procedure.I have been trying to get your e-mail returns address to accept a proof of return but the photos of the proof (as requested by your team) gets continually gets declined. Please advise”

“I love everything about Decathlon. Great service, staff who are experts in their field, no quibbles on refunds/ exchanges, the biggest range of sport and leisure equipment and clothing under one roof and fantastic quality and variety at an amazing price. Am always recommending Decathlon to people - I just wish there was one closer to home in Cornwall!”

“Why do you open order page without stock. After payment I waited so long times and finally cancel my order because of stock problem And some order shipped after 2 weeks later after order confirmation. If you don't have stock, Do not open order page. It is very inconvenience.”

“Despite a hiccup at the start of delivery, I am overall impressed by this bike. I have covered over 200 miles on it now and really enjoy it. A couple of downsides however: 1). The seat is beyond uncomfortable 2). Hears don't always engage 3). Tires wear very quickly. I am no expect hardcore biker but this bike is a really good beginner bike. Pros definitely outway the cons!”

“Super bike , components are great and the bike is stylish to go with it. Have seen more expensive bikes not as well speced, don't know how you do it. when I want a road bike I know where I am going to! All in all from ordering to riding it's been a pleasure. Thankyou.”

“Ordering process was easy and we got our tent within 2 days (very quickly!). We had a chance to check the tent out as we went camping last weekend and it is great! Easy and quick to put up, everything like it looked on the pictures. Definitely recomending :)”
