“I was amazed at the speed my order arrived, order on Friday afternoon delivered before lunch the next day. Running tights purchased are comfortable, don't ride up or down and have washed well. Will be using Decathlon again when I need some winter running gear.”

“ordered online to pick up in store. When traffic got in way, phoned up to cancel, took ten minutes for stockport to answer. They were unable to cancel, but said it would cancel it self and I would recieve money in my account 4 working days later. It's now 7 days later. Not good enough, never had this problem with the spanish decathlon only seems to be GB store.”

“I ordered a storage system for loose weights on Sunday the 29th June in store. I was told it would arrive in store two days later from the warehouse and I would receive an email when it arrived. I hadn't heard anything so the following Sunday the 5th July I rang the store in sheffield. I was told it still hadn't artived. Today as I write this on Wednesday the 8th August I still don't have my purchase and have had no contact from decathlon. Very poor customer service”

“Never actually visited a Decathlon store in the UK before, but visited one in Spain and was impressed with the quality and price, so ordered some clothes on line. The quality and price were still excellent.”

“Hi - products and prices reasonable and delivery good. Under normal circumstances would have rated you Very Good. However, website was a complete nightmare. I was using my Apple mac laptop and whenever I wanted a product it took 2 minutes to load. Many of the products would then NOT go into my basket since I had to choose a size and colour option which never downloaded properly. Some took more than 10 minutes to download and some did not download at all. Hence there were many products I could not buy (or I had to buy elsewhere). My son was cycling in the London to Brighton rally so it was a real headache having to go elsewhere to purchase items at the last minute due to your poor website. Regards Samir Shah”

“Decathlon sells quite reasonably priced items, but doesn't always have what you want in stock. Click & collect is a good option to ensure your item is in stock, but staff are slow to serve you, so be prepared to wait 15 minutes to be served.”
