“I was disappointed that my camping light emits red and not white light, as I don't remember reading that in the product description. Otherwise happy with my purchase and speed of delivery.”

“I've order various times from Decathlon and have always had a great service. The goods always arrived on time and were always correct. The sailing clothing for adults and children is excellent, we buy a lot as our kids keep on growing! Definitely will keep on shopping in Decathlon, both online & instore.”

“I have only praise for Decathlon - everything I have bought (camping equipment, football boots, swimwear and rucksacks) has been really good quality and very good value. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. My children especially like the fact that you can try everything out - can take a while to get them out of the shop!”

“The sizing was unusual. I normally take medium UK but it seems Decathlon sizes run small as i had to have a Large and that only just fitted 34inch waist”

“I bought a mountain bike (B'twin Rockrider 340) online. Firstly, this bike is very good value for money. I've used it a couple of times, put it through it's paces a bit and had no problems at all. The product doesn't come with a manual even though the delivery note said it should have one. I queried this online as I wanted to know how to tighten up the suspension and how to adjust the handlebars. While this may be obvious for some, I'm far from experienced with bikes. I was directed to the B'twin website but after trying to find the information I needed for over an hour, gave up. So I'm left none-the-wiser and it appears no one can help me. Don't want to take away from the bike itself though, pleased with it.”
