“The staff were helpful however, I felt they should have a wider understanding of your products and click and collect. What let it down for me was the time I had to wait for my harness. Decathlon is a distance from where I live and traveling back and forward is expensive. If you specified it would have been 6 to 7 days I would have bought my harness online at a lower rate.”

“Everything I need under one roof.. .quality products that have been tested over time by many and by myself, and that have yet to let me down as they evolve and become more than I could have hoped for. My first port of call when I need that next cool bit of equipment or R&R item... and if I ever decide to try elsewhere I end up regretting it... price, innovation and quality - top notch!!!”

“Bought a full-size wet suit but hadn't discovered on the web site what the measurements are of the various sizes so guessed I was "medium". Turned out to be impossibly tight so returned it and now have the "large" size. All very smoothly done. (Might help, though, if the sizes were made a little clearer on the web site).”
