“Decathlon is my favourite shop , because of: 1- high quality products 2-low prices 3- crazy sales 4- return policy ( unique/not like other shops ) 5- family shop, my kids really enjoy shopping from decathlon 6- wonderful online service 7- friendly seller men 8-free parking ( 1 hour free parking) 9- customer service , quick response 10- lots of varieties Number 1 shop”

“Despite a hiccup at the start of delivery, I am overall impressed by this bike. I have covered over 200 miles on it now and really enjoy it. A couple of downsides however: 1). The seat is beyond uncomfortable 2). Hears don't always engage 3). Tires wear very quickly. I am no expect hardcore biker but this bike is a really good beginner bike. Pros definitely outway the cons!”

“Really, really happy with the products I purchased and the service provided. The main items I bought were a tent and welly boots for Glastonbury and both worked absolutely perfectly and were fantastic value for money. I may even go camping again now that I have such excellent equipment!”

“Someone high up in Decathlon could do with talking to me. The negative feedback based on personal experience I can offer will be both shocking and informative for your Company. So angry am I about my Bike purchase that I am tempted to escalate the matter. Not to Decathlon as I have lost faith in you, but to B'Twin themselves!!!!”
