“I've visited a number of Decathlon stores in the UK and have used the website extensively. The in-store experience has always been great with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff in all departments and the online experience is simple, quick and seamless. I've purchased a range of cycling, running and general sports gear including big ticket items such as bikes never having any problems with any of the purchases. I will continue to be a very happy customer of Decathlon and would recommend anyone needing sports equipment to pay them a visit.”

“Orders arrive never on time. You cannot track properly the order...:-( It is due to 2 different stocks, one in UK and one in France. But it should be better to know precisely what is available for when instead of receiving the answer that everything is available without giving us the real delay it will take to have our order.”

“Took a while to find what I was looking for, once found info on product was adequate didn't give the in-depth that I needed, products ordered and payed for, quick checkout, very quick delivery and well boxed.would highly recommend using again.”

“In general I'm happy with the price/quality. What I like is that unlike sportsdirect, Decathlon staff is friendly and customer service is good. Decathlon allows you to actually return faulty goods. The only minus is that postage went up.”

“Very dissapointed and won't be coming back! We payed s for faster delivery and our product didn't arrive for about 10days after which we was told 3days. Played a lot of money to miss out as needed the product within the four days..”

“I ordered 2 face mask's/snorkel's which I have been trying to source for a year, there seem's to be a problem with manufacture so supplies are limited, anyway, I ordered 2 for myself & my partner & the service I got was excellent, they had them in stock & they arrived 2 day's later, great service & no hassle, also a great product, I will certainly use Decathlon again.”
