“I brought a bike. The bike seems good and cheap for what it is, but it did seem to come with dodgy or wrong parts. The stem was far too big for the bike and the headset was faulty from the beginning. I also asked advice from the person in store as to which size to buy, and they told me to get a size up. I decided against it as I took my faulty bike into another store and they said if anything I should have gone for the size smaller than I did - two sizes smaller than the one I was encouraged to get. I guess that's the trade off for getting a relatively good bike for relatively cheap.”

“Really disappointed! After a week I received an email saying, "Your order has been cancelled!" The explanation given in the email was that as it had taken longer than 7 days (expected delivery date exceeded) to process my order paypal was declining payment. When I go to my paypal account it looks as if payment has been made and then refunded, when I rang up decathlon and asked about it they said that there was a problem with my paypal account. They did say that to compensate they would email me a 10% discount voucher, but this has not arrived (not that I want to use decathlon again). So I do not have the items that I wanted and I do not have time to reorder from someone else before I go on holiday. I have always loved using decathlon in the past, great products and fast delivery, but sadly this has changed my opinion.”
