“I ordered 2 children's jackets on-line. Delivery in-store was extremely quick and pick-up in store (Belfast) was very efficient. Will certainly order on-line again as this was my first on-line order with Decathlon. Important to add the quality and fit of the jackets was excellent. Great service.”

“Your staff are amazing - I was racing to your store (within the speed limit) to get there before closing and collect my item and it looked like I would arrive 3 minutes too late. I called them up and the lovely store manager said don't worry - she would ask the shop floor to remain open for five minutes for me. I got there (2 mins after closing ) and the staff member was so lovely and said he has received the message. He was so smily and friendly - what absolute bobby dazzlers you have employed. I was blown away by their willingness to give great customer service.”

“Ordered goods, got email a couple of days later saying goods had arrived but subsequent phone call to say goods haven't arrived and they would contact when goods arrived. I then got an email 4 days later saying goods have arrived and went to collect them only to find goods haven't arrived and they had run out of stock. I was promised a refund but after a week of not getting it I phoned up to be told that the refund had actually been put through as a return and wouldn't get my money until they received goods. Thankfully the person on the telephone was helpful and resolved this within 10minutes. All in all a pretty protracted process to essentially achieve nothing.”
