“Tent bag was damaged, sent a replacement eventually but it wasn't the right one, should have been classed as a seconds as it's now got different coloured bag and is not perfect new condition, not very happy”

“Ordered a childs scooter online . Looks like Decathlon have renamed all their scooter range as the online names of the model do not match the 'on the box' or shelf names which makes choosing very confusing. Once id realised this had caused me to order the wrong product i tried to cancel but i could not get through to the customer service number and the online support was useless. They ended up dispatching the item via DHL then told me to refuse the delivery ?? Obviously a cheaply run online service with little or no infrastructure, totally useless”

“I think you guys were absolutely fantastic. A very easy to use Website. User friendly and filled with information. The product i purchased is phenomenal for the price. I couldn't have found a better bike for under £500. I ride it daily. Thank you. I would use you guys again in a heartbeat. Big thumbs up.”

“Ordering was simple and the delivery was fast and packaging was really good, adult town 9 scooter is also the best one on the market for the price and in some instances 3x times the price.”

“In store I was told to order an item online that wasn't in stock and that it would be delivered next day. Next day the online side of the business told me my item had been sent for store pick up however the store did not have it. Nobody could tell me where my item was or when it would be available. Complete shambles and left me with a very disappointed daughter. I'll go elsewhere in future.”

“Had to send my orginal item because it was much smaller than I imagined. Returns procedure was speedy, FREE and easy to arrange. Organising the replacement was easy, but was slighly delayed due to a shortage of stock. However, I was kept informed and have now received the replacement and in good time for my holiday.”

“Your site was recommended by a friend. The site was easy to use and the products you have available at affordable prices are first class. The delivery was next day and the good did not disappoint, my kids love the skates i purchased and i will certainly be returning to your site for all my sporting goods needs. refreshing to get such good service, thanks”
