“Good products and prices, unfortunately no shop in east anglia so had to pay to p&p but product arrived arrived earlier than stated and of very good quality :-)”

“I have been satisfied by the staff when I went to change items personally. One thing I have found not good is that I cannot change a mask I payed 35£ anymore and I should be able over a year of purchasing as when I used it it was leaking inside and so couldn't use it during my holiday. Thanks”

“Decathlon sell an eclectic range of predominantly budget goods for a wide range of watersports. They are keenly priced by and large for what they are, but do not ask Decathlon for any technical support....you won't get it, apart from stating the "bleeding obvious". Despatch of my goods, though, was very prompt. One range they do sell are Tribord sailing clothes, and the Ozean 900 jacket is stunning value and a serious jacket. Good stuff. So on balance, I'll give them 3 stars.......... (I bought on line...)”

“My Main reason for Purchasing the Fitbit Charge HR was to track and record my sleeping during the night along with my heart rate as I have sleep apnea and from time to time I need adjustments to my pressure in order to sleep correct. The is usually done over a space of 4 to 5 weeks of using a heart monitor etc. and by that point my sleep is all over the place. By using this watch I can now pre-empt any issues that may happen with my sleep as it not only records my sleep but my heart rate to to which I can feed this back to the doctor. On the plus side, I have also been using this during exercise too and found it just amazing. The app on your phone and the continuous syncing really helps your goals. Amazing watch, recommend to all!”

“The service at Decathlon was great! However it was the DHL service that really let the whole thing down. It took them four attempts to deliver my item, every time saying that the delivery was unsuccessful as the recipient was not at home which was just not the case. On the days of delivery my fiancee worked from home, so someone was there for the whole day. Finally we arranged with DHL to take it to Staples in Oxford where we could pick it up. The parcel arrived at our house that day. If an arrangement was made it should have been stuck to. The poor service of DHL reflects very badly on Decathlon”

“I have been a big fan of Decathlon for years but I have noticed that quality has dropped significantly. I bought a basket for my bike and the quality of the screws was so poor that it was impossible to to remove the screws. Besides the basket broke after 6 months. On top of that the brake of the brand new bike broke after 2 weeks and I am still waiting for your French colleagues to send me the broken spare part. I have been waiting for 3 months now. “I ordered a Garmin Forerunner 15 watch and I did a lot of research. I found the best price at Decathlon and was worried as I'd never ordered online with them before. I ordered anyway and was really happy with the customer service I received and the item I had ordered. I'd definitely be happy to order from Decathlon again in the future.”
