“I had to make 3 150 mile round trips to get my bike sorted out, the gears were badly adjusted, sold the wrong rear panier holder did not fit, then when I returned refused to fit the correct one until I refused to leave the store until they did!! Staff did not seem at all knowledgeable and rather uncaring, very disappointed.”

“I ordered an item under the understanding that it would be delivered to my home address. I subsequently learned that home delivery was not available when I investigated a notification that the item had arrived in an outlet some 80 miles away. I pointed out this out and the staff were quick to organised a home delivery from the outlet. This was a problem of communication - I would suggest that it be made clearer on the site that home delivery is not available (why did you you collect my address outside payment authentication?) - but one that was resolved very smoothly by staff.”

“The cycling clothes I have bought are very reasonable and good quality. Decathlon uses Royal Mail so not a problem if you're not in, just go to your local sorting office. Also, postage is refunded if you return/exchange and this is dealt with quickly. Impressive! I'd use them again.”

“Ordered a bike and changed my mind requested refund in 29 June 2015 . Today is 10 July and I've been told I might get my money back in my account sometime next week !!!”

“Bought a Kipsta 6'x4' mini-goal target practice sheet (covers goal face, and has 6 holes for targets) using call & collect. The product worked quite well, and the call & collect service was very efficient. Thanks! Only problem was that the rucksack-style clips weren't fitted to the straps sensibly.
