“Ordered a couple of items first time round and they where delivered very quickly, ordered 2nd time round and delivered slightly slower then first time. Items excellent quality, some had to be returned due to sizes are slightly off.”

“Great product happy for what I purchased. But could not print my decathlon card the printer not working. 3 weeks later still no card plus been in store since. They said you will have £5 voucher on card which they can't see on it. No card and no voucher!”

“I have bought everything from a £5 back pack to a £1000 bike from Decathlon and have had fantastic service every time. Often the Decathlon branded products are superior to bigger brands at a fraction of the cost. The warranty provided by Decathlon is superb, I managed to break my mountain bike and it was repaired on the spot, no quibble, just replaced the damaged parts, keep it up Decathlon!”

“Great service, QUECHUA MSH Room 3 Inflatable Tent was a good price, but not happy as it has been reduced to an even lower price which makes it an even better buy! Great tent for one with a camp bed, just room to stand up in the porch area. It is weighty and is a large pack size and can prove a fight to get it back into it's bag. It's still better than fighting with poles and I look forward to my next outing with it.”

“Love your online clearance pages! Some great bargains. Great quality in all the ski and hiking gear we have got for our kids. Some creative garden sports ideas too. Keep up the good service. Just keep the delivery costs down please, it's a long drive to our only store.”

“We bought climbing shoes using the information given on the website about shoe sizing. Climbing shoes aren't like normal shoes and must fit quite tightly however the size ordered after consulting the website info was far too small; returning them we incurred extra postage costs and more importantly had to wait another week without climbing shoes. The shoes were fine for the money but the website info needs revising.”
