“I ordered shoes as a present for my daughter in law. They were ones that she wanted and I had not ordered from Decathlon before. I found the service very straightforward and easy to use, and the shoes came quite quickly, within the period specified. It was a pleasure to deal with Decathlon and I was impressed by the customer service. My daughter in law was delighted with her present. Thank you Helen Furness”

“Excellent prices.Your own brand goods are great looking perfect fit and long lasting.Sports Direct eat your heart out. One criticism;your mostly Spanish staff i find to unhelpful especially at this time when the store is in a pickle.Perhaps some proper training might be in order. Ricardo Nabarro”

“Ordered some inline roller for my daughter. Had to send them back as they were very unconfortable. The procedure to follow seams simple enough.... Until it said to print the return form... Well I couldn't find a return form to print .. Also it cost me £12.98 to send the item back. Will not order from Decathlon again.”

“Although I have bought products from Decathlon shops on and off for a few years, it has only been in the last several months that I have really taken notice of the excellent range of sports and products that are available. I especially like the way that you can get products depending on your experience in that sport. I have recently taken up badminton and I was advised, by some extremely helpful staff, on what would suit me best, as a beginner. Even the entry level equipment, despite being extremely good value for money, doesn't feel cheap in any way. Overall, I am exceptionally pleased with Decathlon, for their customer service, value for money, communication and overall product quality.”

“My last shopping experience was very poor. I purchased an item and paid a not inconsiderable delivery charge to receive the item before going on holiday. A delivery date was agreed but the delivery company decided to deliver on another day when I wasn't at home and then left the item in their warehouse. By the time Decathlon informed me it was not possible for me to receive the item before I left to go on holiday. Whilst the fault may lay with the delivery company not delivering on the right day and then not redelivering the item, my contract was with Decathlon with whom I had paid money to have the goods delivered as agreed.”

“Very fast postage from web order although packaging was not great or very secure as had opened up and lost contents! But this was followed up by superb customer service with apologies and a speedy replacement. Would definitely buy again from Decathlon.”
