“Absolutely amazing product! Great quality and well packaged, fast service and easy to buy online. The tent was super easy to use and super quick as well, I put it up with plenty of time for my beer to still be cold. 10/10!”

“I called into the shop and saw a pair of suede fashion / walking boots unfortunately they wasn't in stock but the assistant helped me out and told me how to get them online it was a easy pleasant experience I will surely go back”

“I dislike buying on line but today it is sadly a reality if one wants to obtain good deals etc. My experience was relatively good. Bike appears sound and functions well. Brake cables worked loose so nearly had a little accident on my second day, which l adjusted, but the cover on the end of the cable is missing.”

“Overall very happy with service. The goods ordered came quicker than stated. Not very happy with the picture on the website advertising the vango eye light, looked like there were 3 lights attached, although it did say pink, the picture was very misleading.”

“First "met" Decathlon last year in France and liked what I saw. I bought some walking sandals and very much wanted another pair. Searching the website, I found what I wanted and ordered it, well two pairs as one was in the sale. They arrived very quickly, were well packaged but still easy to open. I'd definitely shop there again.”

“A little slow at despatching items, takes about a week before they commit to sending the items. Also a bit slow at exchanging items I had to chase up the company to find my returned items before they sent the exchange item back out. They did do this very fast upon my chase though. Customer service response was quick. Products seem of a good quality though.”

“Great service! I ordered on line but didn't realise I had old address on account so called up. My address was amended and delivery rescheduled with no problem and the excellent advisor Louis called me back to confirm everything was ok. The judo suit was great quality and excellent value. Would definitely order on line again.”

“I have found Decathlon own brand items to very well priced and there quality out standing. Their shops are very well layed out with each sport having it's own area with the related products all on display making it easy to find what you wish to find. I have also used the free online ordering system which I find very easy to use and the the service is outstanding. Staff are also very helpful and willing to help with any questions you have.”
