“It took a long time to dispatch my items, and then only part of my order arrived. I could only complain using an online form which took 2 days to respond to. It took another half a week for the rest of my order to be dispatched an arrive. Overall I am very dissatisfied. Once you noticed the error the rest of the order should have been shipped as a priority, not in the same way as normal orders. It would have been quicker an easier just to go to the shop and buy what i needed. I won't be using the service again.”

We do apologize for your bad experienced with the delivery of your order. There was a problem with the sizing that made your order been delayed. “Unfortunately although the products always arrive very quickly and are of good value, I have tried ordering tennis shoes a few times but the wrong size always arrives!! The first time I ordered a 4.5 and got a 5, the next time ordered a 5 and got a 5.5 and thinking I had worked out where it went wrong I ordered a 5 and got a 4.5.!! I have now given up ordering tennis shoes!!”

“My first order with Decathlon. Items all arrived together very quickly, two days earlier than expected delivery date. All items seem good quality. Once I've worn them and washed everything a few times, I'll be buying more (if they wash well). Great service overall so far.”

“A bit disappointing that they had discontinued the sale of the shoes I wanted in store but it was very easy to order on line. Communication was excellent and the shoes were in store for me to collect in record time.”

“I bought a grey microfibre bathrobe which is exactly what i was looking for - a smarter alternative to a travelling towel, especially if you're using shared bathroom facilities/camping I preferred the colour options in the men's section (grey). I ordered a size Small which was perfect for me - I'm 1.7m tall and a size 10. The price is excellent considering the quality. The delivery speed was impressive -it was either 1 or 2 days after making the order.”
