“I have only shopped online with decathlon and it is always a pleasure. I REALLY like the little videos you get along side the product, you can see the fit and cut of the clothes very well and see how tents and things go up . The prices "OMG", amazing value, far better than other big online retailers even ebay. We have an old sailing boat so need waterproofs, wellies etc but have also bought a really lovely set of brass padlocks which were far cheaper than anyone else, all the other boat hardware looks great too. I can't fault them, great experience, great products, great prices!”

“This was my first time in Decathlon. It was so enormous I got lost straight away. At the entrance I looked in vain for a store guide to tell me where the section I wanted was located. Nothing there. No staff to ask either. So I wandered round looking lost until I came across some sort of an office where the staff were helpful in directing me to the right section. My request therefore is to please cater for new customers by displaying a store guide by the main entrance. The product I saw was not in my size so I ordered one online for click and collect. When I went the second time to collect it all went well and the staff were friendly and helpful. They let me try on the product before leaving the store. Overall a good experience except the initial feeling of "lostness".”

“Best goggles I've ever bought ! Really good quality very comfy to wear & great design. I also bought a pair for my grandson who loves them & then I sent for 2 more pair to keep as spares for the family. Pricing was brilliant will definitely buy from decathlon again & highly recommend their products & services.”
