“Service is terribly slow, with everything you need to write e-mails, otherwise it takes forever!!!!!! I'm really not happy, and would not recommend anyone purchasing online in Decathlon!!!!”

“Product was good and met expectation - but was delivered by one person in a small van. The delivery weighed 50 Kg and the delivery driver expected my wife to help him lift the large package - he had no trolley or other means of delivery. Therefore my wife had to either refuse the delivery or help the driver. She helped - but not without subsequent back pain for the next few days. I suspect the issue is with the courier rather than Decathlon directly.”

“Whilst you guys did react quickly in replacing a faulty item the replacement was also broken in the exact same way. Because I needed to use it and the awkwardness of getting a very heavy item back to where it would be collected meant I I didn't return it a second time.”

“Experience buying from Decathlon has been very positive. The cycling base layers come a bit small (particularly the armpit region) so I ordered a size bigger (I am normally an M so I ordered L) and I am happy with the fit”

“Very good value and good service in most respects. However it can be difficult to find specific items on the website (e.g. you can't search for only short-sleeved men's t-shirts, you have to look through 215 items including long-sleeved). Also certain items have been out of stock for a few months now which is very disappointing.”
