“I have always enjoyed shopping in Decathlon stores but as there are not many near my home town I decided to look for what I wanted on line. This was easy to do. The descriptions were useful and I was also able to find duplicates of some items I have already bought. The ordering and confirming of purchase process was efficient and the goods arrived as expected in good time. I would definitely use Decathlon online service again. Thank you A Shopper, UK”

“Decathlon is a brilliant store with a whole variety of things to buy. Extremely good quality and favourably priced with very helpful staff. I buy my grandaughters good quality horse riding outfits from there , plus other stuff at half the price of anywhere else. Was also pleased with her swimming cap, whereas other makes let the water in the Decathlon's own make didn't.”

“I ordered 5 items, but just arrived 4, I contacted with the customer service and they send me again the item. After that, I did a refunf following the website instruction but the company send me again the 2 items same size and model even I wrote in the reviews that it wasn´t my size, and I contacted again with the customer service. The customer service offered to me pay the post to finished the refund. But never give back the money even when I have the post conformation that the parcel arrived to the destination so I´m really disappointed with the on-line sales deparment.”

We can see that you have since then be refunded for this. Regarding the postage refund we have no record of the proof of return which is why you have not yet been refunded. “Howdy, I am generally satisfied with the service. However, there were a couple of occasions where the adding to basket -> checkout process failed because of a software bug and there also seemed to be incorrect reporting of the stock availability. The use of signed-for delivery service is not really useful to me as I have things delivered when I'm at work. Regards, Felix Dansey”

“I returned a tracksuit because the bottoms were missing. Ricardo, the decathlon representative was very helpful on the phone, unfortunately the item is no longer stocked so I had to go for the refund option. I am still awaiting that. Overall, I love your stuff and service. That's why I keep buying from your website.”

“I was thrilled with my Tribord full face snorkel mask and it came quickly enough for me to take it to Australia and snorkel on the Great Barrier Reef. No-one there had seen one and it caused quite a bit of interest and worked beautifully. I passed on details of how to acquire one to several people who approached me. Ordering was easy and the delivery and product were excellent. Perhaps I should mention that I am 76 years old. Thanks.”
