“I had a problem regarding an exchange: I emailed them before ordering to make sure I could get items I needed to exchange sent to store before going to exchange, as I live 75miles away from the nearest store and did not want to go twice. When I phoned the local store to check, they did not have the items required but said I needed to go in for them to only be able to order the items back into store as they could not pre order from the warehouse. This is the situation I did not want to be in, so I phoned customer services who I must say sorted the problem out very quickly and allowed me to return the items via post at no cost for an exchange. The Items seem very good quality and I will be happy to use the website and stores again for future purchases.”

“Hello there just wanted to give my feedback the website is very good but disappointed at yourisk new Wandsworth store not selling fishing gear and hunting gear instead horse riding gear don't think that would sell well at all there is a river in Wandsworth called the wandle and fishing gear would sell well there so would the hunting camouflage gear as well I find I have to order online for what I want please could you look at your range for the Wandsworth store thank you kind regards.”

“Ordered 3x Pairs of little boys Tennis Trainers, as i needed half sizes and they had them in stock in time for their next match; However, after 2 returns and them loosing my last return, i still have no trainers for 2 of the boys more than 1 month later. Would rather of paid more now in hindsight and gone anywhere else!! My little boys are missing matches all because Decathlon cant get the order right, and worst blame the customer when they loose the return 3rd time round.”

“I have ordered two items which I had been trying to get for a long time via various online sources, but without any semblance of success. And then I came across the Decathlon site, which changed everything. Not only did I have my two Tribord snorkeling masks in my hands within days, but I obtained these items at a very fair price as well! Thank you Decathlon for the speedy, professional and friendly service.”
