“Decathlon dealt with my problem very quickly and efficiently. They picked up the faulty item and delivered a replacement within a working week. Anelis Gomez who handled my query throughout was really pleasant, helpful, clear and efficient and responded very quickly to all my correspondence. I have no reservations about recommending Decathlon. Neil Veitch”

“Products were quality, my cycling jacket was to small and I found the process to do return on-line a bit confusing. I followed instructions to return it with different size but was just credited with a refund. Good site though...great selection.”

“Order process fine paid via PayPal. Went to collect my order only to be told it was returned after only 5 days! & was told that I would get a refund of the price which was £9.97; within 7 days" checked refund & was only given £2.49 so lucky I checked. Then had ring store to get a phone number for customer service to get correct refund amount! I'll stick to shopping in store!”

Your Click & Collect arrived to your selected Decathlon Store on 12-10-2015 and cancelled on 19-10-2015 as 7 days has passed, unfortunately as the store were not contacted to hold the item is was returned to our warehouse the following day 20-10-2015. We apologise you were refunded incorrect and are glad it has been resolved. Have a wonderful weekend.
