“Decathlon is fab. I order online as I'm in a wheelchair and not able to go to store. Also fitting the clothes at home is more easy for me. If I bought not the right size or don't like it. I can sent it back, no problem, no questions, money back.”

“I ordered some clothing (golf) for the first time from Decathlon. The goods arrived very quickly but unfortunately did not fit. I returned them, using the instructions contained in the parcel and received an email from Decathlon to notify me that my refund was being processed, almost by return. I would certainly not hesitate to shop with Decathlon in the future and can only recommend their customer services.”

“website seems to freeze a lot on me, but I have bought a lot from decathlon in store and online. Postage is quick and always received the correct items. I would still buy in shops when I possibly can to keep people in jobs :)”

“I ordered a few items, all of which, I was very pleased with. However, a couple of items were too small, and I sent them back. I was impressed that I was kept informed when they were received and also when the exchanged items were sent back out to me. Overall a very good service indeed with quality products.”

“1) Ordered item for delivery to house (in stock on web page) - few days later informed out of stock, no more coming in, transaction cancelled. 2) Few weeks later, ordered item for collection from Wednesbury store (in stock on web page) - informed by phone after I had to chase up store that only 1 in stock which had been reserved by someone else, transaction cancelled (even though web page still stated in stock at store) 3) Few more weeks later, ordered item for delivery to store - hooray it arrived and finally able to collect.”

“Well good products and available, technical products of great quality. Service at least in Surrey quays is excellent. Online as well. I am a client for the last 15years never been disappointed. Only one thing triathlon should have more ant+ products and develop a GPS watch to compete with Suunto ambit and Garmin products. Alex Pereira”

“The service, advice and help we had from the ski boot fitter (Vadiz???) was first class. His patience and professionalism are a credit to him and to your company. This was our first experience of Decathlon and will bring us back time and again.”
