“The 3 head collars I ordered for our Shetland ponies were of the best quality for the price that I have seen anywhere on line or not. I will certainly be using Decathlon again, as well as good quality the delivery was excellent to the Outer Hebrides. It was a pleasure to business with you.”

“Some sizes are a little bit smaller than the UK equivalent but generally the quality of the goods is of a higher standard than other sports stores. Also the prices are very competitive. All in all it's a good place to shop.”

“I have used decathlon now 3 times and I will certainly not hesitate to use them again. Their customer service support is great and returns with them is so very simple. My exchange was delivered next day which was amazing and arrived just in time for my holiday. I will continue to use decathlon now as you have a very happy customer! “Love decathlon, but they really need to fix the time limits for pickup on their click & collect/reserve in store (is it 7 days? or 5 days?), and to stop spamming me with reminder emails if I've ordered something to pick up later. Ideally, if I could set a 'pick up date' on the website, then there's no need to keep sending me emails.”
