“I recently bought one of the newfeel fold away backpacks for my travels. I had seen others but the price difference was massive, seen as this one was so cheap I thought I would give it a go. I wasn't dissapointed at all. So easy to use & fold away when not needed. Also surprisingly strong, great buy I would definitely reccomend! Xxx”

“Good value clothing and equipment Poor customer service: sold wrong sized bike despite going in for fitting; two weeks delay in delivery despite calling ahead and told will be on time; follow up for service and again told couldn't accommodate me despite calling ahead! If you know what you want then good value but don't expect much in terms of advice or help!”
