“Good to have decent sport clothing at an affordable price and for so many different sports. Keep the price low and you will get more items purchased by customers. Work on customer engagement to drive higher purchase frequency (I work in CRM ;-)!)”

“Nice fitting and well finished bib tights. Lovely feel and will keep you warm. The chamois is relatively good but began to feel uncomfortable around the 3rd / 50 mile mark. For rides shorter than that they're amazing value”

“Excellent service with quick delivery,but I did wonder what DHL had done with the box my bike was in,it looked liked it had been dragged behind the van for 10 miles,a good job the bike was padded in a few places and undamaged,a nice surprise was the pedals and the lights supplied with my bike,would definitely buy from Decathlon again.”

“On arrival it looks and feels like any large sports shop. However Decathlon stands out from the rest because it has a full compliment of staff - meaning you don't have to go searching for help. They are there, looking after you discreetly. The staff are helpful and always polite - nothing is too much trouble, a quality very rarely experienced anywhere nowadays. They have set a precedent that other retailers should follow.”

“Spam merchants - you're automatically subscribed to their email distribution list with any online purchase and the only way to unsubscribe is in-store, which makes internet shopping pointless if you care for your privacy. PATHETIC!”
