“My riding boots were delivered promptly and are very suitable for everyday riding. The service was very good and a I fully recommend Decathalon. Living in the Forest of Dean it is a pity that we do not have a Decathalon store nearby. I originally lived in Thurrock Essex and purchased regularly from their store at Lakeside Retail Park. Highly recommended.”

“Although impressed by the store and the curtious and friendly staff, you did loose my order and having purchased a scooter and got home to find some essential screws missing, I have to make the 45 min drive, with my recipt, to 'prove I'm not 'just trying to get some screws out of us' (quote) rather than you being able to post them out to me. :(”

“Very efficient and personal service. As the store did not have the size I had ordered on line I received a phone straight away. The assistant then offered to choice several other items in my size and put aside. Also when I attended the store the assistant was very pleasant and helpful.”

“Decathlon is fab. I order online as I'm in a wheelchair and not able to go to store. Also fitting the clothes at home is more easy for me. If I bought not the right size or don't like it. I can sent it back, no problem, no questions, money back.”

“I ordered some clothing (golf) for the first time from Decathlon. The goods arrived very quickly but unfortunately did not fit. I returned them, using the instructions contained in the parcel and received an email from Decathlon to notify me that my refund was being processed, almost by return. I would certainly not hesitate to shop with Decathlon in the future and can only recommend their customer services.”
