“I have had reason to return an item that became ripped after several months of wear. I was given a refund without any problems.”

“Would have been a 5 but I was disappointed with how long it took for my order to be dispatched. I only ordered online as it said 1-2 days whilst placing, it then didn't get delivered until day 4 so I was nervous I wouldn't have my stuff for the trip that weekend. Good products though... Shame about the slow confirmation and dispatch processes”

“I made an order for click and collect at a local branch at 5 pm on a Saturday and the item was ready for collection first thing on the following Monday. What a service. You couldn't ask for a better delivery.”

“Not impressed with the confused information relating to projected delivery dates given on the website at time of order. Online service gives date X, only to be given date Y when it comes to delivery despatch. Not good if you are relying on date to meet a deliver timescale in time for a birthday present for example (as we did).”

“I ordered some really nice zip-off kids trousers. Fit and quality seems good, also lightweight and easy to pack away. Only negative was that the colour was said to be grey but in the end was fairly green- kids were OK with it but I would have preferred the grey colour on the website.”
