“It didnt make me happy. Half the items were out of stock and the roll matt was a different size to the one pictured, making it useless for me.”

“Excellent product, my Daughter has tried the shelter as she also bought one, and she found it very easy to put up, and no leaks and stable in wind, we haven't used ours yet but recommended by a friend, looks great when up just tried it in the garden, First one sadly had a hole or flaw in fabric but second one is fine.”

“Good products at affordable prices. Excellent product choice and during/after sales services. Website and real time stock could improve, as I have ordered items in past based on website's stock availability, only to find out later that it was incorrect at a latter date, adding to additional waiting periods. Overall a good company to purchase from and wish there was more outlets in London.”

“The website indicates part availability but the stock as the store does not match. Advice from store personnel - the website is always wrong! Ordered part for click and collect but wrong part arrives. Re-order but same wrong part arrives. The website description clearly does not match the stock.”
