There is a HUGE range of items for so many different sports and activities that everything feels incredibly well catered for. I found everything I needed from one site, which is very rare and something that makes Decathlon really stand out.

Arranged for a delivery to a locker, which was meant to take 3-4 days, then got an email saying my parcel would be there the next working day, went to check, no parcel. 2 days later, get an email saying there has been an IT problem in dispatch, it's taken ages for the parcel to finally be delivered. Not great.

I had a very good experience. All my orders were as described. Service at the point of the pick up was ok as well.

The only issues i have with Decathlon are regarding the Click'n'collect. 1. When i went to pick up my goods there wasn't a separate counter to collect the items from and i had to wait in a long queue, whilst waiting there was a special till for card payments who were ushered through in quick fashion whilst i stood and waited & waited, this is not Click'n'collect this is click and wait & wait (Poor) 2. The I.D part, surely showing the member of staff my phone with the e-mail and relevant order number and the fact that they asked my name is more than suffice without then asking for further I.D So to summarise, until you sort these parts out i wont be back and please don't come back to me telling me its for my own benefit etc , the irony is that the customer service could easily have been first class apart from these minor but very very annoying issues

The boots I bought are great and such good value for money. Unfortunately your survey is very poor as it doesn't allow me to to tell you what was poor about my in store experience and why I won't be in a rush to go back. The pay tils at the Giltbrook store in Nottingham have been changed to mainly self serve. Unfortunately I had done click and collect and had to wait for ages in a very long queue for one member of staff to deal with us. This included her going off around the store to find items for a customer in front. Not a good experience and not one I particularly want to repeat, I have better things to do.

I ordered Rockrider 500S Full Suspension Mountain Bike XL (order DCUK2471314 placed on the 30/07/16) and only received the product itself with no invoice, no instructions manual or any kind of guidelines, no warranty. Not very happy about the situation; please refer to nittzzu@yahoo.com for recovery.
