“iv found the service has been very good. If there was something I wanted to know and the person who was dealing with me didn't know then they would find someone who could help me. Overall just friendly and helpful staff. What more could you ask for”

“I ordered an item to be delivered a no store in my area. Delivery was extremely quick and there was excellent email support and parcel tracking so that I knew when order would arrive. Excellent customer service.”

“Product is as described, good accurate sizing. Excellent price as in sale. Very impressed with delivery, usually weekend gets in way, but came very quickly and via post so no hanging around. Only query would be please keep more larger sizes in stock. They sell out very quickly, especially in saletime, that should tell you that there is a good market out there.”

“Ordered football boots online to collect in store. The wrong size was sent. Member of staff stated that he would ask his manager to investigate and contact me. Unfortunately no follow up communication has been received”

“I received what I ordered when the estimated time stated it would arrive. However I've just noted that there is no place to tell you how to improve, which is the entire point of reviews. Next day click and collect would be good.”

“Decathlon is such a mixed bag. When they get it right then there's a really big range of very good quality kit, at very reasonable prices. Sizing is always bizarre. Some things are massive, and some tiny. Even when buying the same item - a few months apart - size can vary hugely. I had to return something this time and it went very smoothly. But in the past this has been hugely difficult, and almost put me off shopping at Decathlon.”
