“Great selection of sports. Really good quality products which are in many cases significantly better quality than the big brands. Decathlon clearly has a good R&D organisation which results in little changes that make their products great. The guarantee and returns policy is brilliant. And what's more is that the prices are affordable!”

“I ordered a pair of 9.5 golf shoes. I was sent a pair of size 9. I called and was told that you don't have 9.5, and that 9.5 means 9 and 10.5 means 10. I have now got to send these back and wait for my refund once you receive them and pay the postage. Also this doesn't help as I needed the shoes for this weekend. Please can you help.”

“I prefer working with you for many of the competitors and the quality of products they sell and service quality and after-sales reasonable price. But there are some things I do not like the most important you have no international shipping. There is no presence in Egypt, you simply you are losing an important market in the country of 90 million people. Although the Egyptians are buying your products from a long time and trust it.one more thing you to Must wirte the country of manufacture for each product.”
