First time in a proper decathlon store at Milton Keynes, although have shopped online over 2 years. Really good customer service and knowledgeable as I'm looking at getting another b'twin road bike.

One item was out of stock, it took so long to process my order without the item that another item went out of stock, this was after getting an email saying my order had been shipped. The email telling me the second item was out of stock had an item I hadn't even ordered. I phoned the store, who to be fair were very helpful, they looked to replace my second out of stock item, but this needed to be sent from mainland Europe. I enjoy ended up having to tell the staff member to put what they had in a box and send that to me, as they kept trying to reorder the second out of stock item...... 4 out of 10, could do a lot better.

I love Decathlon, Really! Ive been shopping there for many years. I used to live in Bermondsey and would pop in most weekends for a browse and a cappuccino (no longer available :(. I now live in Kent and still pop in when I'm in town. I kayak, cycle and freedive. So decathlon has most things I need! Even their clothes are funky :). Thank you Decathlon for being there. But please bring back the cappuccinos. Satyavasin

Brought 2 pairs of Trainers both very good quality but sizes are out. I would say for example an 11 is more like an 11.5. Sadly therefore one pair will have to be returned to the store and although I have 365 days to do so I will have to make a special trip if I want to avoid postage fees. Would this prevent me from shopping with decathlon again absoulutely not service was good and the quality of the shoes/trainers was comparitive with much more established brands which I have used in the past. Good Company

In regards to your request, we would like to inform you that the reason why the order took 7 days to be delivered is because some of the items you purchased were coming from our International warehouse and this normally takes 4 business days to arrive to the UK. I had an issue with a faulty product, left a negative review, got an instant response. Took the product back to store, where it was replaced without issue. I think it is only how companies deal with problems that you get a true measure of them. Get the customer service right, and people will always be loyal. I certainly will be.

Ordered 2 snorkelling masks after they were recommended by a friend. Delivered very quickly. They are excellent quality but havent actually used them in water yet but will be later in year. Only criticism is that Decathlon should adopt the measurement guide from the Tribord website, onto their own site so that purchasers of the Tribord snorkel mask order the correct size as with this mask it is very important.

They promised the arrival of our rent by Thursday. Then that it would be delivered by 7pm Friday. It arrived at 8m15pm after we had to leave and buy a tent elsewhere.

All ways fast service at the tills but in the bike section, not so much. They need someone on the desk serving customers instead of the bike technicians ignoring you while they work on someones bike.

Writing a review for a product that I have yet to receive. Product was due for delivery on 8/8/16 (Decathlon was committed to deliver by 8/8) had to call at 3pm to find out more information, as I hadn't had an email, sms or call to explain the delay, lots of talking going on in the background which made it difficult to hear the operator on the phone. I then recieved an email stating that my delivery was due within the next 2 working days 9/8/16 @ 12pm- Still waiting for delivery. Not good enough when I have to take time off work for a delivery that doesn't arrive on its due date and I'm unsure of when it wil be delivered.

Unfortunately, for now we are not able to give customers a more accurate delivery date of the orders purchased, but we are already working on it. Once the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, it takes within 2 business days to be delivered by DHL. According to your system, your parcel was delivered the 9th of August at 13:13 pm which unfortunately meant one day delay. Please, accept our apologies for the inconveniences caused. Have a nice day.
