“Very quick service. Friendly staff at point of pick up. Happy with product”

“Product was not able to be assembled due to faulty parts. Delivery options for the products were very limited (7am-7pm) resulting in having to pay a courier to collect it from store. Due the product being faulty I now need it to be returned but the couriers offered by decathalon only offer weekday slots of 7-7. This will result in me Having to take a day off work at a higher cost of the product just to return it.”

“The Customer Service was too slow at PAY&COLLECT point. I've spent 20 minutes into queue of 3 customers in front of me. Secondly, your staff offer me to buy bag which cost 50 pens or for 1 pound, because all other bags run-out. However, when I asked them can I take one bag from the self checkout point the price was 5 pens per bag. I don't mind to pay even 100 pounds for a bag but I don't like to be forced to buy more expensive one because your staff to lazy to get one or two. Finally, your shop looks like some store with very low number of staff on floor and you can have less help than you are expecting from the Customer point of view.”

“I thought it was a good overall service although I think the delivery time could be shortened and a slightly better description of the items I bought. Having said that I am still very pleased with the items”

“DHL didn't give a rough time on the date of delivery, didn't deliver the next day as notified on their calling card and failed to act on my email not to deliver on the Monday and delivered on Monday. Had my neighbour not seen the delivery and volunteer to take it I would have had to take a 2 hour round devery to collect. Shoddy service from a large company such as DHL.”

“Helpful and friendly Not happy that we had to queue for sometime whilst only one member of staff on the till whilst another was just tidying up behind the counter then walked away and never returned . The girl on the cash point had to put a message out for help .”
