“I knew the store in Wandsworth was very large and I travelled there from Richmond to try out an Exercise Bike. I was amazed to find there were no Exercise Bikes there and that I had to travel to the Surrey Quays store to see them. Not good. I could not be bothered to go to Surrey Quays so ordered one over the Internet. Luckily it turned out ok. Better!”

“My new rockrider 580. Had it for 3 weeks and the bottom. Headset bearings were not flush with the frame. Although a rep from btwin tried to rectify. They did not own a compression tool for the job. In a place that claims that they fit headsets.”

“Website gave UK size 9 as an option for Asics running shoes. I ordered them and received size 8 1/2. I called, received an apology but still wasn't informed that size 9s weren't available until I called again.”

“Would have been a 5 but I was disappointed with how long it took for my order to be dispatched. I only ordered online as it said 1-2 days whilst placing, it then didn't get delivered until day 4 so I was nervous I wouldn't have my stuff for the trip that weekend. Good products though... Shame about the slow confirmation and dispatch processes”
