“More than a week to get my items delivered, even though I had to pay shipping costs? That is unacceptable”

“Ordered numerous items for our holiday to France. Ordered two weeks before, called after a week to be informed that one item was out of stock and holding up the order (I had not been informed of this) the order was then amended, but DHL failed to deliver before we went away, despite decathlon's guarantee we would have it by Friday. items now sat at home and completely useless to us. Very disappointing.”

“I knew the store in Wandsworth was very large and I travelled there from Richmond to try out an Exercise Bike. I was amazed to find there were no Exercise Bikes there and that I had to travel to the Surrey Quays store to see them. Not good. I could not be bothered to go to Surrey Quays so ordered one over the Internet. Luckily it turned out ok. Better!”

“My new rockrider 580. Had it for 3 weeks and the bottom. Headset bearings were not flush with the frame. Although a rep from btwin tried to rectify. They did not own a compression tool for the job. In a place that claims that they fit headsets.”

“Website gave UK size 9 as an option for Asics running shoes. I ordered them and received size 8 1/2. I called, received an apology but still wasn't informed that size 9s weren't available until I called again.”
