“The trainers bought were very good value and I am really pleased with them. However I ordered these online in store on a Saturday, my estimate delivery was Wednesday, when I had heard nothing the following Saturday I enquired in store. They didn't know anything about it. It then took until the Monday after I spoke to the warehouse it appeared that the order had been in store for sometime.”

“I never received notification my order was ready for collection. My wife went to the store and was told it had been sent to another country and was lost. Order cancelled.”

“I am still waiting for a refund for goods ordered 17/7/16 which I emailed and spoke to MK store to say I was unable to pick up time, so couldn't use. They said a refund would be processed.”
