“Had to wait a long time to be served to collect my online order and no one came to help or apologise for being late. Eventually we had to go to the till after about 10 minutes of waiting and the lady who served me was very helpful and did apologise.”

“1st of all your website is not very informative in info for tracking your order. 2nd when I placed my order the delivery date came up as 29th july & no one at your store can give me a delivery date as I needed the order for the 20th of august for a special fishing trip. I have emailed again to yry to assertain were abouts the ordet is but the responce was to no avail??”

“The Decathlon website was very user friendly and easy to navigate. I found it easy to compare products and each product's details were clearly displayed and had a consistent scale (the WiFi signal bar thing is genius, by the way!) enabling quick and at a glance comparison. The range of products was large, but not overwhelming due in part to the well designed website”
